A Hemingway Special is an all day cocktail based on the Floridita Daiquiri. It is made with rum, lime juice, maraschino liqueur, and grapefruit juice and served in a double cocktail glass.

Ingredients

  • 6 cl rum
  • 4 cl grapefruit juice
  • 1.5 cl maraschino liqueur
  • 1.5 cl lime juice

Garnish: None.

Recipe

  1. pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

  2. shake then serve.
